The prices published on this web page have VAT included and are only applicable to home deliveries. The prices of Bowland Hunting physical store can be different from those published here. In any case, the prices published in our rates are updated weekly although they may suffer variations, so they are subject to possible modifications without prior notice.
Any order for home delivery, will be made and will be shipped from our headquarters in Madrid (Spain) at C / General Margallo, 24 .
To place an order through the system of www. bowlandhunting.com, it is necessary to include your personal information in a user account of the system.
The system will only allow you to buy products available at the Bowland Hunting warehouse in Madrid - Spain. Any product not available will show Sold Out.
The user who places an order through our system will receive an automatic confirmation message of their order number via E-Mail.
Within a period of no more than 24 hours, you should receive a second message in your E-Mail account with the confirmation number of the shipment, which will include: Detail of the order; Tracking No.(we work with TNT); data and delivery address.
In case your shipment encounters any problem, error or delay you will automatically receive an update email in your E-mail account. If tan specific product is not available for shipping within 24 / 48H, the amount of such product will be refunded immediately on the credit card with which you made the payment.

All orders must be paid by credit card; Google Pay or PayPal.
The formulation of an order by any means implies the acceptance of all our conditions of sale.
Bowland Archery only sells its products in stores (commercial stores), we do not use Electronic Commerce. Any home service will be conditioned to our previous acceptance. The products will always travel at the customer's risk. All purchases, returns, guarantees, etc. They will travel to the destination that the client requests, but always at their own risk.
Bowland Hunting uses the transport company TNT for its shipments.
The shiping costs for the return or exchange of any article will be paid by the customer.
For the proper management of the guarantees of the products acquired in Bowland Hunting, the original Ticket or Invoice of purchase is required.
All items are guaranteed in the form and term established by its manufacturer. Due to the peculiarity of each article, the coverages, conditions and management of the guarantee of each product will always be established by its manufacturer.
There are products that, due to their special nature, do not allow a guarantee.
Damaged products without possibility of repair will be replaced by the same item.
Bowland Hunting accepts the return of the articles within a maximum period of 15 natural days from the date of purchase. At the time the item is returned to the Bowland Hunting facilities, the customer can choose between the payment of this or the replacement by another item of equal or greater value.
Any return or guarantee of an item will be subject to supervision and acceptance by Bowland Hunting specialized personnel.
The return of any article that has been used or modified will not be accepted; same regarding damaged packaging; or that has been previously customized by the Bowland Hunting staff at the request of the client.
All changes, returns or guarantees require prior authorization from Bowland Hunting. Once the authorization has been received, the client must send the merchandise to our facilities, accompanied by the original purchase ticket and invoice and postage paid. Bowland Hunting will not pick up any merchandise that is received due, with expenses, or without the ticket or purchase invoice.
Bowland Hunting is not responsible for the negligence, improper use, of the legality of the use, nor of the damages caused to people by the use of the sold materials. Use with caution, improper use can cause lack of safety.
Due to the peculiarity of home delivery where customers can not supervise the products before they are delivered to the transport agency, Bowland Hunting will provide this delivery service only to customers who accept it in this way, understanding these sales as made in our Bowland Hunting establishments. Bowland Hunting reserves the reservation that all orders requested for home delivery will be subject to our prior acceptance.
